The group was started in the year 1968, by Mr. Prem Garg as a trading firm by the name Garg Steel Traders that dealt with Steel products (flat, long, structural). It main focus of attention has been to manufacture high quality components for the automobiles industry.
Today under the leadership of Mr. Prem Garg as its Chairman, the group has acquired technical capability to manufacture auto components involving Stamping, Machining, Heat treatment, Rubber Molded and Rubber to Metal Bonding Components, Fabrication, Sheet Metal Components and Sub-Assemblies for the Automobile Industries. In due course of time to absorb and get out of cyclic nature of business, the group has also ventured into hospitality, infrastructure, education and energy business.
